My 5 year old daughter started piano lessons with Alysha in June of 2015. My daughter quickly began to love playing and practicing the piano, and it is her favorite thing to do. I attribute a lot of this to Alysha. Alysha is so wonderful with her! What I love about Alysha is the way she works with young children. She is patient, kind, sweet, and always praising the small accomplishments while encouraging growth and commitment. If you have the chance to have Alysha work with your child, consider yourself lucky! We have just been heartbroken that she is moving away. Best wishes to Alysha and her future. My daughter will miss her!

Alysha is caring, and kind. She was flexible with our family's schooling philosophy, and adjusted her approach to minister to the unique learning style of my child. When I recognized a need for a modification, she was open and willing to incorporate songs that my son had chosen, and he was newly invigorated. She is very patient and encouraging, and a good teacher! We are sorry to lose her.

Alysha had been teaching my girl piano for 2 years & it was our loss to know she was moving away. Alysha's teaching style is flexible & get along with my girl very well. She teaches in a fun way & seriously too. My girl likes her & respects her. She is the kind of piano teacher you will be appreciated to have for your kids.
